You can use an individual mortgage to buy property. The requirements and process are similar to a regular mortgage, but the bank will add a rental agreement that you must sign along with additional document fees.

If you have a national tax identification number, you will be subject to final income tax of 10%. However, if you do not have a national tax identification number and are still a tax resident abroad, you will be taxed at 20%.
