Whether you're looking for new or second-hand property finance, looking to buy your first home or purchase real estate for your business, Lets Move Group is the only home mortgage brokerage company in Indonesia that offers whole of market advice!
Mortgage brokers are relatively common in Western culture, but before Lets Move Group revolutionized the way property financing was sought, Indonesians generally obtained their property financing directly from their banks. While this may seem like a convenient and trustworthy way to obtain home finance, banks offer different products and interest rates, so your current bank may not offer the most cost-effective solution for your purposes. Therefore, more and more Indonesians are turning to Lets Move Group's mortgage services to save money and get better advice.
Indonesians applying for a mortgage must ensure that they fulfil several requirements, including a minimum salary and down payment. KPR applications go through a rigorous underwriting process before reaching the settlement stage. Types of mortgages vary based on the needs of the borrower, such as conventional mortgages and Sharia mortgages.
KPR (Home Ownership Credit) is a loan facility provided by banks or financial institutions to purchase or renovate landed houses, while KPA (Apartment Ownership Credit) is a similar facility specifically intended for purchasing apartment units.
The main difference lies in the financing object and ownership status, where KPR generally provides a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) for land and buildings, while applying for KPA usually provides a Certificate of Ownership for a Flat Unit (SHMSRS) or a Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) for an apartment unit.
Whether you are a first-time buyer looking for a home or expanding your business in the country, Lets Move Group is the most trusted property and mortgage agency that can address all your house or apartment needs.

The first thing you should know before buying property in Indonesia is that you need to know the title deeds of the property you want to buy. Some banks require a certificate of ownership (SHM) to process your mortgage, and if the property you want only has a sale and purchase agreement (PPJB), the developer must have a cooperation with the bank.
As a condition of applying for mortgages and FTCs, you need to prepare your national identity card and tax identity card for the bank to run your credit score first, and then you have to fill in the documents required by the bank for your mortgage application process. In general, banks require your personal documents and employment documents. You can consult our financial advisors for more detailed information on the document requirements for your mortgage application.
There are two types of mortgages in Indonesia: Conventional mortgages and Sharia mortgages. We can assist you with all applicable mortgage services in Indonesia.
All occupations and employment fields provide eligibility for mortgage financing, but please note that policies for individual banks may vary. For example, law-related occupations such as lawyers, police, and soldiers cannot apply for their mortgages with private banks, but they can apply through government-owned banks. Contract workers should be aware that they must have 5 years of work experience to apply for a mortgage.
